These Terms govern how you use Book N Meet and any related agreements or legal relationships with us.
Please read this carefully.
Even though your agreement is only with us, if you access Book N Meet through web browsers or app stores like the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Microsoft Store, those stores might also enforce these Terms as third-party beneficiaries.
These terms and conditions mentioned on this page do not create any employment, agency, or partnership relationship or contract between the parties.
General
Book N Meet, based in the Cayman Islands with an office at 122-123, CANNON PLACE, NORTH SOUND ROAD,INDUSTRIAL PARK, GEORGE TOWN, GEORGE TOWN, KY1-1208, CAYMAN ISLANDS is called “the Company” here.
This includes our representatives, administrators, and successors. We are committed to protecting your privacy and information.
This document covers the following about Book N Meet:
- This website and its subdomains.
- Mobile, tablet, and smart device apps.
- The Service.
- Any apps, sample files, source code, scripts, and software related to the Service.
Together, these are called the “Platform.”
Definition & Meaning of Various Terminologies Used
- “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to the Platform, mobile app, and/or the Book N Meet Company, as needed.
- “You,” “Yourself,” “User,” and “Users” mean individuals or businesses using the Platform to allow their customers to schedule appointments. Users must be legally able to enter into contracts under Cayman Islands law.
- “Services” means the platform that helps users automate scheduling and let's customers book appointments through a link on the Platform.
- “Customers” are the end users of the platform who book appointments with users.
- “Third Parties” are any apps, companies, or individuals not directly involved with the user and the platform creator (Book N Meet).
- “Parties” or “Party” refers to the users and the company, individually or together.
- “Policy” or “Terms” means the Terms and Conditions of Service and Privacy Policy.
Terms
The section headings in these Terms are just for better structure and don’t affect the legal meaning of the provisions. They have no legal value.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy govern your use of the Platform. The company can change these Terms or the Privacy Policy at any time.
Using the Book N Meet platform means you agree to follow these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If either the Terms or the Privacy Policy ends, the other will end, too.
As a company, we can change these Terms anytime without first notifying you. Changes take effect immediately, but notification on our website will be released within 7 days.
If you don’t agree with the changes, you can stop using our platform and services. If you continue to use our platform, you will accept the new terms and conditions.
Registration
You must register or create an account using our app or website to use our services. You must provide your name, email address, company name, industry, country, time zone, currency, and address. You can choose whether registration is required for your customers or employees for business purposes.
You can create an account on Book N Meet using your mobile number or email. After registration, you can use our Platform for free with limited features or choose a premium plan with more features.
Only businesses legally allowed to operate in their area and with the proper licenses can register.
Only you are responsible for keeping your account details and password private and safe for any activity under your account. Please don’t share your password, OTP, or other personal information with anyone.
If someone pretends to be from our company and asks for a password or other secret information, please contact us ASAP using our official contact number or email address.
Eligibility to use our services
You confirm that you are legally allowed to do business and have the authority to agree to these Terms according to Cayman Islands law (user age should be above 18 years, or they will need the parent's permission).
You also confirm that your business is legally permitted in your area and that you have the necessary permissions to operate if you use our platform as a business entity.
Content Related Terms
The content on the application and website created by Book N Meet Company is protected by copyright. You cannot reuse it without getting written permission from the company.
The platform can suspend or permanently delete any user’s account if they promote a business that isn’t allowed under Cayman Islands laws or violate any law/rule mentioned in our TERMS.
Users are responsible for the content they create or upload to this platform. We’ll not be responsible for any problems or disputes with third parties related to content you create, publish/share on this platform.
Users must cover any costs or legal fees associated with creating, sharing, or submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading content.
Term & Termination
These Terms are a binding contract if you use our Services and Platform. The company can end these terms and close your account without notice. We can also suspend or stop your access to the platform or stop the services without warning.
If the company’s ownership changes, new policies and terms will immediately take effect without notice or consent.
> Communication
By using the platform Book N Meet, you agree to receive calls, emails, or SMS from us or our representatives anytime for business purposes or any other crisis.
> User Obligations and Conduct
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when you register.
- Keep your email, contact info, and personal details updated and accurate.
- Please keep your account password confidential and notify us if someone else uses your account. Under these circumstances, we will not be responsible for any losses.
- Please use the Platform only for legal purposes and do not involve us in disputes between you and your customers.
- Please allow us to use, store, or process your personal information to customize services, market, and optimize our offerings.
You agree not to: - Create fake identities or misrepresent yourself.
- Automated methods to access or copy data without permission.
- Violate Intellectual Property rights or post harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
Indemnification
You agree to protect and hold the company, its owner, employees, and affiliates harmless from any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from claims related to using our platform violating these terms or the law.
> Limitation of Liability
Except as stated otherwise and according to legal product liability rules, you cannot claim damages against the platform except in cases of intentional harm, gross negligence, damage to life or health, or breach of key contractual obligations.
