We only collect the above data if you give it to us. You don’t have to provide any personal information, and you can withdraw your consent or ask us to limit how we use it. However, the service might not work fully without this data.

We may also collect information automatically through technologies like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses and cookies. 

An IP address is a number provided to your computer by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to allow you to access the Internet. We utilize your IP address to diagnose server problems, report on overall traffic, identify the fastest connection routes and optimize the site.

We use Digital Ocean to store your data, providing secure server infrastructure. Our servers are primarily based in the United States, although they may occasionally be located in other countries.

• Data storage facilities are located in secure places to prevent unauthorized entry. Our infrastructure is supported by Digital Ocean.
• All communication you make through the platform is end-to-end encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer(SSL), which safeguards data transmission between your device and our servers, even if your network is vulnerable.
• We conduct regular security assessments of our infrastructure, including scans for web vulnerabilities, dependencies, static code analysis, OS inspections, and manual evaluations.

All our servers and platforms use the same security multi-layer firewall protection, ensuring your information is kept safe. We store your data on these servers to deliver our services efficiently and securely.

Our strong security measures and adherence to international data protection regulations help us protect your information from unwanted access and breaches. 

How Long We Keep Your Data

We follow legal rules for keeping and deleting personal data. We will only keep your data for as long as needed for the purposes mentioned here, following the "data storage" principle of GDPR. If you use our services, you can edit your data anytime and request deletion by canceling your Book N Meet account.

We keep backups of all databases for up to 30 days, so your data may still exist on our servers for that period before it gets deleted.

With Whom We Share Your Information

We do not share any information you provide with third parties unless:

• Account Holders and Calendar Information: If you're an account holder, we may share your availability from linked third-party calendar accounts (like Google Calendar) with users who book and meet through our platform. Data stored on these third-party services follows their privacy terms.
• Interaction with Third-Party Accounts: If you use Book N Meet to connect with other third-party accounts or services, we may send information to them. Any data shared with these services is governed by their privacy policies. These services are independent data controllers, not our processors or business partners.
• Booking Information: As an account holder, any information you include in scheduling forms or other content may be shared with users making bookings through our platform.
• Customer Bookings: If you make a booking as a customer, we'll provide all the information you share with us to the account holder.
• Legal Obligations: We may disclose your data to comply with legal requirements, such as court orders or fraud prevention.
• Enforcement: Data may be shared to enforce our service's terms and conditions or agreements.
• Business Transfers: Your information may be transferred to a third party if we sell or restructure our business, ensuring your privacy rights are protected.
• Safety and Protection: Sometimes, your information may be disclosed by public safety government organizations for your safety or our company's rights, property, or safety, or that of our account holders or others. (Under the local laws)

1. Send all SARs and other requests or notifications regarding your rights to us via our contact page. We will endeavor to respond promptly, within one month of receipt, unless more time is required due to the complexity or volume of requests.
2. If your data is breached or unauthorized access occurs, we will report it to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), UK. If the breach poses a risk to your data rights, we will notify you promptly.
3. All sections of our Privacy Policy apply only to our platform and services. Our platform may link to other websites but we are not responsible for the privacy policies of other linked sites or where our website is linked, even if accessed through our platform.
